Expression of Interest

Prospective bidders can register their interest in the auction and sign-up to receive updates. This is the first and longest phase of our auction cycle.

Auction Registration

Organizations who have expressed interest will be provided with more information about the process and be asked to complete a formal registration to participate in the quarterly auction.

Bidder Shortlisting & Support

Registered organizations will be shortlisted based on their requirements and suitability. Shortlisted bidders will receive technical support, including consultation with our graphite specialists and material samples if required.

Auction

The sealed bid auction will take place with shortlisted bidders submitting their bids for specific volumes and grades of vein graphite. This is the shortest phase of our cycle, focused on efficient bidding.

Finalization of Agreements

Once the auction is complete, Veintex will provide formal contracts to the successful bidder(s) including detailed terms regarding delivery schedules, specifications, pricing, and other contractual obligations.
